a doubt!? please help!
One among the themes mentioned for the poster competition is: 'The Poster should reflect the mission statement of the Middle East International Film Festival.' Could someone kindly please help me in understanding the "mission statement" of the MEIFF!!!?

MEIFF mission statement
The Middle East International Film Festival – Abu Dhabi (MEIFF) is a celebration of cinema, dedicated to bringing a diverse slate of international films to the community and to introducing filmmakers from around the world to the resources of the region.
errr...excuse me...
I wanted to know what is the exact last submission date. I have already submitted my posters assuming that 3rd was the last date (as that is what the MEIFF website says)! I wish if I could re-work on one of my posters I believe I could make it much better. Due to lack of time I had to submit my poster without any self-stisfaction! Is there something that possibly could be done here?!!!
for sure!
we're looking to receiving your new submissions. sorry about the mix-up, but we DID extend the deadline till the 10th.
so you mean...
so you mean to say that I can re-work and submit it in my previous entry name itself (as the MEIFF website states that a contestant can submit only two entries)!
Poster design competition...?
What happened to the poster competition?
I joined this competition but didn't hear from it at all.
The MEIFF-website doesn't mention the competition or the winning design(s)...?
There is also no responding on my e-mail, so I'm very curious!
Best regards, Nellie
Nellie, its all over!!
hi Nellie,
I too had to wait for long to hear abt the winners of the MEIFF 2008 Poster competition, untill I saw displays on the sides of roads! I was shocked to realize how silently all this took place! Well, I didn't loose any chance and searched on the web and found:

Hope these links to be of help!
Thanks Ashwini
This is all very weird!
You have to search over the internet to find out that someone else won the competition, not even showing the winning design and not mentioning the 5 best designs that are being shown during the festival..... No pictures on the website of MEIFF show the winning design?!
To bad for our effort!
greetz Nellie

1. Where we can submit the design?
